If you are in need of a service for one of our fittings, we recommend that you contact the shop, garden architect or horticulturist from whom you initially purchased the product. If this is not possible, please contact us direct. When contacting us, please have your model number, and the date and place of purchase at hand.

All fittings of Dexter Outdoor Lighting come with a complete warranty for a period of two years. Perhaps you can also find the answer to your service question in the manual for your product or in the FAQ below.
